Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. dry milk
1/4 c. oil
1 c. coarsely shredded unpeeled apple 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Mix flour, sugar (granulated) with 1/2 t. cinnamon and salt.
Stir in egg, milk, oil, and apple until just moistened. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or test with pick.

Makes 12 muffins per recipe.
