Ingredients:

2 eggs, 50 g cheese, 1/4 c milk, 3 tb cooking oil, salt, pepper, 1 tb parsley -- chopped


Directions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Whisk the egg with a spoon till smooth. Add some milk and whisk well.Grate the cheese into the bowl, and then stir well.Heat the oil in a frying pan. Pour the mixture. Turn the mixture with spatula until it browns.Cook both sides. Place on a plate, and season it with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.Ready to be served ^.^
