Ingredients:
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Parsley - Chopped
50 g rice
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Whisk the two eggs
2. Add a little water
3. Add chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, and rice
4. Whisk again until smooth
5. Add oil to the frying pan
6. Pour the misture into the frying pan
7. Cook both sides until brown
8. Ready to be served - best with tomato sauce and ketchup
