Ingredients:
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Parsley - Chopped
50 g rice
2 eggs
Mayonaise
1 ts Yogurt
10ml Milk

Directions:
1. Whisk the two eggs
2. Add a little water
3. Add chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, and rice
4. Whisk until smooth
5. Add yogurt and milk
6. Whisk again well
7. Add oil to the frying pan
8. Pour the mixture into the frying pan
9. Cook both sides until brown
10. While cooking, occasionally add mayonaise for better taste
11. Ready to be served - best with chili sauce and ketchup
